- Drammen municipality currently uses an e-learning platform to ensure access to competence raising courses in health, social and welfare. In 2023 more than 5,600 eLearning courses were completed across the platform, divided between 30 different courses. In total, just under 2,000 different people took courses. See the table in Annex 1 for further information. The municipality would like to continue to facilitate systematic knowledge based e-learning in order to increase the competence of our employees and through this also continuously improve the quality of the service offer.
