- Norad would like to procure 2-3 licenses for a tool for developing e-Learning/digital courses. Norad uses DFØ's Business Platform as a Learning Management System (LMS) and focuses on the self-development of interactive and engaging content. The aim is an efficient course development and engaging courses with a professional and uniform expression. We will also be able to share learning content on other platforms (intranet, website, mail, etc.) and with external. The tool should be user friendly, flexible, engaging and educational.
