- E0007EBE - Entreprise Skranevatnet school - New heat pump
The property stock consists of more than 1,000 buildings of around 1.2 million square meters and 5,000 undeveloped properties. Close to 60 percent of the buildings are schools, nurseries and nursing homes. The remaining are, among other things, office buildings, port buildings, fire stations, parking facilities and sports halls. The overall contract concerns a new heat pump at Skranevatnet school. The purpose is to replace the existing heat pump with a new liquid/water heat pump, as well as to establish a well park which source of energy. Skranevatnet school has an existing facility that consists of a liquid/water heat pump with a dry cooler, where the dry cooler functions as a heat source located outdoors, and the heat pump is located in an engine room. As of today, an electric boiler is used for heat supply. The existing heat pump is out of service must be replaced with a new liquid/water heat pump and a well park as an energy source. The installation must be carried out in accordance with the requirements in the functional description Appendix 1A - Skranevatnet school - Tender description new heat pump. Installations must satisfy the requirements of NS-EN 378. Rigging is planned construction site in week 24 of 2026 and it is planned to take over and start trial operation in week 40 of 2026.
