Short description: Frevar KF will build a new drainage treatment plant at the Øra in Fredrikstad. The new wastewater treatment plant must consist of a construction and bio-treatment with an administration part, a sludge treatment building, as well as two rotten tanks. The triggering need for the measure is the state manager's decision on the modified permission for Øra treatment plant, where requirements have been introduced for secondary purification The.
