Tenders are invited to E0S 016-2021 - Competition, Framework Agreement Building Management 2021-2025.
Short description: The urban environment planner, builds and maintains public urban space, playgrounds, parks, hiking trails, roads, pedestrian and cycle paths, shortcuts and traffic protection measures. The agency expects during the contract period to have development projects in different scope and complexity, including new facilities and rehabilitation of existing facilities. Total investment budget has a scope of between NOK 300-400 million per share. year. The purpose of this procurement is to put in place a framework agreements for the purchase of services in the field of construction management.The framework agreement shall have a duration of 2 years with the possibility of periodic extension with up to 2 years, a total of maximum 4 years.It will be entered into a framework agreement with 3 suppliers . Distribution of calls is stated in the competition documents.
