Description:
Establishment of temporary access to E39 at Stokk0len, establishment of construction pit Leirvika, midl. rerouting of the river and establishment of an embankment/dam and pedestrian connection over the river, removal of the existing culvert through the former E39 in Leirvika, new cast-in-place concrete culvert for the Stokkelva, approx. 4.8 x 13 meters, brguardrails, walling, plastic ring and other erosion protection, re-establishment of river bed, re-establishment of road and exits, guardrail installation, transport to and from mass storage/mass landfill, final planning and completion of construction area, mass storage and landfill. A temporary walkway will be establishedfor crossing the river above the measure area. Along the temporary river crossing, solid railings/safety fences 1.5 meters high must be erected on both sides. The crossing must be designed for ATVs. It must be kept open at all times until the original main road is re-established. Filling for river crossingssing will also act as a barrier for water to the construction pit, and will be backfill for the start of a temporary pipe route for diverting the river during the construction phase. Constructed as a dam with a core of dense masses, cf. description and planning basis. The contractor must establish a temporary exit in accordance with description mot E39 at Stokkkj0len. This will serve the settlement in Leirvika, which lies north of Stokkelva. The exit must be ready when the current bridge connection in Leirvika is closed, and it must be removed when the need ceases. Visibility zones must be established when moving railings.
