Short description: The project includes tearing the gas station at GartnerLøkka (former Shell Station) and office building on the KMV plot (Kristiansand Mechanical Workshop). Vestre Strandgate 59 and Vesterveien 15. The buildings, with basement, must be demolished and removed, as well as removal of other installations, materials, constructions in and above the ground, on the properties. The bus station is located at the roundabout at Gartnerløkka in central Kristiansand. On this property there are several buried thoughts to be digged and removed.KMV building is located west of ferrykaia and is a concrete building with 5 floors plus basement under parts of the building. The work is described with NS-3420 description texts. It is prepared environmental care For both buildings. In these, the findings of asbestos and other hazardous substances, which must be handled properly under the demolition work.
