Description:
The Agency for Building and Property manages, operates, maintains and develops the municipality's properties. The property stock consists of more than 1,000 buildings of around 1.2 million square meters and 5,000 undeveloped properties. Close to 60 per cent of the buildings are schools, nurseries and nursing homes. The remaining are, among other things, office buildingsygg, harbor buildings, fire stations, parking facilities and sports halls.Etat for Building and Property invites tenders for centralized and decentralized ventilation systems at Slettebakken School. Slettebakken School is a municipal primary school with approximately 400 pupils. The eastern building was built in 1956and the existing ventilation system uses parts of the air distribution network that was built at the time. Slettebakken school consists of 4 buildings. Buildings 1, 2, 3 and 6. Building 1 is called the west building, building 2 is called the east building and building 6 is called the health building. Bergen municipality expects the new ventilation solutionsn is in place in August 2024.
