Description:
The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure that Bergen municipality, c/o the Agency for Housing Management (the Contracting Authority), has plumbing work in municipal rental housing. The agency administers and maintains approx. 5,650 residences at around 1,750 addresses in Bergen municipality. A significant part of the contract ́s extent will apply to maintenance work on existing pipeline systems, but minor renovation and alteration projects will also be needed. Examples of central assignments are: Improvement of leaks and sealed pipe replacement of sanitary equipment Renovation of kitchens and bathrooms The list of services included in the framework agreement is not exhaustive. Other services that naturally come under the disciplines included in this framework agreement can be provided if there is a need in the contract period. Tenderers must reckon that there can be short deadlines for execution and several call-offs must be made parallel. Each call-off ́s nature and extent will be specified in the order. Many of the residences are inhabited. Tenderers must therefore take into account the resident during the execution and, to the degree possible, agree on time for execution directly with the resident. Contact information will be given in the call-off order. The collection/delivery of keys shall be agreed upon by e-mail/telephone with the orderer.
