Permanently placed standalone gymnasiums with steel spring system physics is a low -threshold activity offering aimed at promoting physical activity for children, adolescents and adults in a fun and inclusive way. It is free and requires no prior knowledge and we focus a lot on developing positive and safe environments. The activity house Fysak Slettebakken is open every day (except holidays) and is well visited. In one of the rooms there is a standalone turn floor that must now be replaced. The turn floor is widely used for activities such as turns, tricking parkour, cheerleading, play, jump and bounce.
