EL-24-19 Advisor, design and engineering services within the VVA
Elverum Municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the delivery of counseling, design and engineering services in the field of road, water and drainage (VVA). The agreement shall meet Elverum municipality's need for professional assistance in Planning, design and implementation of projects in the following areas: Overwater management flood prevention safety in water installation design - Road design - water and sewerage parking building management Vap project management The VAKE purpose with the framework agreement will ensure access to necessary Competence and capacity to carry out projects effectively, within budget and high quality, in accordance with current laws, regulations and standards. The supplier shall use its professional knowledge and competence to help ensure that the purpose of the contract is met.se Requirement specification.
