- Short description: Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the client and/or customer, invites competition with negotiation on electronic locking system (Elås). The solution may consist of different types of equipment, but the main solution should not be the use of a key box. A framework agreement will be entered into on the purchase of offered equipment, and an SSA-L agreement on the delivery of the administration system. These agreements must be seen in context, but each follows their own provisions. This means that the agreement on the administration system can cease at a different time than the framework agreement for the purchase of equipment, for example if the client enters into a new agreement on equipment with a other supplier with another administration system, but at the same time wants to use the equipment delivered in this Agreement out its lifetime.
