• Electrical services with associated material - framework agreement The client intends to enter into a parallel framework agreement with up to three (3) suppliers who can cover Hamar municipality's needs for electrical services in an environmentally and cost-effective manner with associated material. The framework agreement covers electrical installations and associated material mainly for ongoing operation and maintenance. The agreement must also include i.a. low current systems (telecommunications, data communication, fire alarm system etc.) The agreement must also include the purchase of various electrical materials for installation under own auspices. The supplier must deliver materials and services in accordance with the requirements/standards applicable at all times for electrical installations to ensure safe operation and maintenance of the Client's installations. Tenders under the framework agreement will be carried out according to a prioritization model where the suppliers are ranked according to the award criteria. Assignments are offered first to the supplier ranked as No. 1. If this cannot undertake the assignment, it is offered the assignment is passed on to the next supplier in the ranking. Property categories Overview of categories, area and description: Category Square meters Description Sports and public buildings 118,000 m2 Distributed in 36 locations such as the Viking ship, Kulturhuset, Ankerskogen swimming pool, CC amphitheatre, fire station. Etc. Purpose built 143,000 m221 kindergartens, 19 schools, 9 Institutions/care buildings, Housing management, operation and letting 42,000 m2550 municipal rental units distributed over 126 locations.
