- Short description: From 1.1.2024 Vestfold and Telemark county municipality will be divided into Telemark county municipality and Vestfold county municipality respectively. Vestfold and Telemark County Municipality have previously acquired an electronic information database with integration with the patient record system for dental health from Ferrule Media, sold through Plandent AS. With this letter of intent, it is known to the market that one intends to continue the county council's agreement with Ferrule Media AS until 31.12.2023, and continue the agreement in the two new county municipalities from 1.1.2024.
