- Moss municipality is to acquire a system (electronic route planner/optimization tool) and envisages entering into an agreement with Spider Solutions with an assumed contract value of NOK 3,200,000 excl. VAT. in total over a 4-year period. Moss municipality has a Gerica EPR solution and an optimization tool will be integrated with itd the municipality's EPR system and Visma Ressurs (the municipality's rotation and resource management system from Visma). We have not found any other alternatives to Spider Solutions in the market. For that reason, we have published this notice of intent to see if there are other players who can deliver an optimization tooly with the overall descriptions of needs (requirements) and wishes shown below. The system must be ready to be implemented and put into daily operation September/October 2024 (completely integrated with Gerica and Visma Ressurs). Brief description of needs and desired solution Moss municipality is in need of a solution forto streamline administration and planning in home care and free up resources for patient-directed services. The electronic route planner/optimization tool is referred to as "optimization tool". This must be a system that optimizes driving routes (based on algorithms and artificial intelligence) - dvs. which, among other things, simulate driving routes between contact points in order to find the most efficient driving routes.
