- Hå municipality (hereafter referred to as the client) plans to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier regarding the purchase of services that include emptying of ferry, sand traps, septic tanks in scattered buildings, camera driving and flushing of dense sewer pipes. Assignments make reservations about lighting greater work on tenders to tender . The client also makes reservations that when using special vehicles (eg vacuum graves, super spyl), the client can request prices from other suppliers. Only companies that have permission from the municipality can empty private sludge separators, cf. the Pollution Control Act § 30, third paragraph. Start of agreement is 01.06.2024.
