- Oslo University Hospital Trust has approved a target of reducing energy consumption by 20% by 2030. This is the background for procuring two framework agreement partners who will contribute to achieving energy savings. Call-offs (orders) will be regulated in accordance with NS 6430:2014 General Contract Provisions for Energy Saving (EPC), where the focus will be on initiative level and not on the general level that has previously been traditional. The procurement has an estimated value of NOK 140 million - NOK 400 million excluding VAT over the framework agreement period. See below for further justification.
