- Energy Tracking System (EOS) Trøndelag County Council (hereafter Client or TRFK) must acquire a new energy monitoring system (EOS). Today's solution is Optima, owned by EG Norge and supplied by Entro AS. Annual total energy use for the properties is in around 35 GWh of electricity and 25 GWh of thermal energy. Any measurement of street lights and or charging facilities will be added, to the extent that these become relevant for using this service/delivery. A well-functioning energy monitoring system is essential to acquire an overview and control of energy use, optimize operations and uncover deviations, compare status and development, as well as to exercise good energy management in the form of economic and environmental operations. Likewise, it is crucial to be able to report effectively energy use for management at various levels in the organization or for political management. Correspondingly, it is desirable that EOS should contribute to an overview of water use on the property, waste and possible manual reporting of passenger transport. According to Trøndelag county council already reports through, among other things, the Environmental Lighthouse and carries out complete environmental reporting, it is desired that the new product has options as described below: Automatically report energy use in the individual building/facility, with the option of manual insertion where automatic meters are missing.
