- Entreprise demolition and construction of new Oppegård bridge Nordre Follo municipality invites an open tender for the following contract work: The contract work includes the demolition and construction of a new bridge over the railway at Oppegård, as well as the preparation of adjacent roads and areas. The assignment will include railway technical works. Nordre Follo municipality wants offers from contractors with the professional, technical and financial basis necessary for fulfilling the contract. The contractor must meet Bane NOR's requirements for work along railway tracks. Furthermore, experience from similar work is required for the execution of the above-mentioned contract work in accordance with the basis of the competition. All information about the assignment can be found in the appendix to this competition. Reservations / Public permissions proviso that the delivery is subject to approval by the superior political body in Nordre Follo Municipality and other necessary public permits, including a framework permit. Subject to technical approval of construction from Bane NOR before commencement of physical works, as well as an approved application in accordance with Section 10 of the Railways Act for construction of the measure. The supplier cannot claim compensation in the event of changes or omissions in the delivery or in the event of postponement of start-up as a result of decisions in political bodies and lack of technical approval by Bane NOR.
