- Drinking water supply in Indre 0stfold municipality must be coordinated, distribution ensured by ring lines and mutual preparedness, and a new, large water treatment plant will be built in Tosebygda (VBT) The contractor will be responsible for establishing: - New water treatment building in Tosebygda: Building workthere on a new building on three floors with a floor area of 1100 m2, as well as foundation work, local wiring work, plumbing, electricity, solar cell system and coordination responsibility on the construction site.
