Description:
Vågan municipality shall enter into an EPJ agreement for the municipality ́s doctor's office, and 4 other municipalities in Lofoten want an option for the same system that Vågan municipality chooses. It shall be a uniform, ready developed standard system where the tenderer is responsible for follow-up, maintenance, backup, further development and operation of the system. The contracting authority is looking for the delivery of the service where necessary integrations, user training, implementation costs and the transfer of data from the existing EPJ are included in the tender. The EPJ system shall be a flexible and digital work tool, which i.a. shall cover patient journals, communication, time books and payment at the general practitioner ́s office. Licences shall be ordered and cancelled as needed for the contracting authority. Data held by the municipality's current system shall be converted/imported to the offered system, so that relevant data on each patient is available in the offered system.
