Short description: The client shall acquire an ERP system that shall include financial system, HR system and payroll system. The client wants an option for digital, interactive budget / finance plan / annual reporting tool, conversion of all necessary, historical data, purchasing system, lending module, resource management system for operating workers, project tools and time registration system for day workers. A deal with one supplier must be established. There is a strong focus on effective work processes, and a new ERP system should support this. The system should therefore have a close integration between the administrative systems and not least the subject systems in the municipalities, so that double registrations and unnecessary work processes disappear.
