Short description: The client shall acquire an ERP system that will include financial system, HR system and payroll system, as well as purchasing system. The upgrader wants an option for digital interactive budget / finance / annual reporting tool, lending module, resource management system for operating workers , project tools and time registration system for day workers.Haugesund Municipal Pension Fund has an option for a participation on the acquisition on the module for finance and salary. There is a strong focus on effective work processes, and a new ERP system should support this. The system should therefore have a close integration between the administrative systems and not least the subject systems in the municipalities, so that double registrations and unnecessary work processes disappear. The draft of the actual tender documents has been added by this qualifying basis. The client reserves the right to make smaller, not significant changes in this basis before providers are invited to provide offers.
