Description:
Procurement of an ERP system - MARKET DIALOGUE FRID IKS delivers ICT and digitalisation services to its owners: Akershus county, Buskerud county and Østfold county. FRID ́s objective is, among other things, to safeguard the counties' assignments connected to operation, service, information security and development of ICT and adjoining service areas, as well as implementing and administering cost effective systems and services. FRID shall, on behalf of its owners, procure a new ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning), where it is desirable that the function areas HR/Payroll, Finance and Procurement are included. The starting point for FRID is to procure the most standardised cloud based system with frequent upgrades/continual improvements. FRID would like to hold a market dialogue with relevant tenderers, including: • Uncover what possibilities for ERP systems exist in the supplier market - and relevant for FRID ́s owners (the counties). • Check that FRID does not set requirements that prevent competition unnecessarily, but publish a tender documentation that all relevant tenderers can submit tender offers on without reservation. • Get feedback on available capacity to submit tender offers and any implementation. FRID would like the implementation of a new ERP system ready for production in January 2026.
