- The competition is for the delivery of an ERP system that comprises finance, pay, HR and procurement for the municipalities Fitjar, Bømlo and Stord, delivered as the target. The licence shall also be able to be used by all associated works, which shall be communicated for a quarter time leading the accounts for - to the church church joint council/parish, municipal supervisory board (KF), municipal co-operation (KO) and intermunicipal company (IKS). participants in the procurement: Fitjar, Bømlo and Stord municipalities. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval. This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph.
