ERP system for the municipalities of Fitjar, Bømlo and Stord
The competition concerns the delivery of an ERP system that includes finance, payroll, HR and purchasing for the municipalities of Fitjar, Bømlo and Stord, delivered as Skytenest. The solution must also be able to be used by all associated businesses for which the municipalities at any time keep accounts - for example church joint councils/parishes, municipal enterprises (KF), municipal task forces (KO) and inter-municipal companies (IKS). participants in the procurement: Fitjar, Bømlo and Stord municipalities. The value of the acquisition is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. A draft of the competition basis itself is attached to this qualification basis. The client reserves the right to make minor, non-significant changes to this basis before suppliers are invited to make offers. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval.
