The client shall enter into a contract with one supplier for the delivery of a cloud -based service platform (SAAS) for ESM/ITSM, including establishment, operation, management and necessary additional services. The solution must be provided as a software as a service (SAAS) and meet current information security requirements and privacy in the public sector. The agreement has a duration of four (4) years, with an option to extension for up to four (4) times one (1) year.
