Establishment of housing associations with care homes for the elderly
There is a need for easier and more adapted affordable 2 and 3 room apartments. It has been considered that the municipality has a need for 170 homes with life cycle standard by 2040. The apartments are desired to be established When using different tools at the Housing Bank. The municipality will continuously consider entering into an agreement on the basis for the reference of apartments where the provider itself is responsible for projects and plot and the individual lease is regulated by the ordinary lease under the provisions of the Rent Act between the landlord between the landlord And the individual tenant who has been bred from the municipality. The municipality also wants to look at other alternatives to help the appropriate housing in Gran municipality. One opportunity is to contribute to the establishment of housing cooperative.
