Description:
The Directorate for Higher Education and Competence (HK-dir) shall, on behalf of the Ministry of Labour and Inclusion (AID), procure a national offer for digital teacher-controlled Norwegian training for adult immigrants. The procurement is planned to be announced 18 December 2023 with tentative tender deadline 19 January 2023. There are short deadlines in the competition and the HK-dir would therefore like to prepare the market with a prior information notice. The aim of the procurement is to establish a national tender that shall be implemented as early as possible in 2024 and tentatively at the latest by 1 April 2024. HK-dir plan on enter into parallel framework agreements with up to three vendors with a duration of two years.
