Establishment, operation and maintenance of 24 -hour heavy transport along the E6 in Malselv municipality
The driving distance from the E6 to the entrance for the actual 24 -hour rest area should be Maximum 1 km. The 24-hour resting place should have 12-15 positions and will contain service facilities with toilet, shower and living room, as well as charging stations. Otherwise, the 24-hour rest will meet the requirements listed in section 3.2. The 24 -hour resting place should be ready for opening by 01.01.2027, and The contract is valid for 10 years from the time of opening. The client has the option to extend the agreement by 1+1 year, so that the total possible rental period is 12 years. The client adds up to a scheme of payment for annual rent which will include the establishment and operation and maintenance of 24 -hour rest.
