The driving distance from the E6 to the entrance for the 24-hour rest area itself must be maximum 1 kilometer. The 24-hour rest area must have a minimum of 15 parking spaces and must contain service facilities with toilets/showers/lounges and charging stations. Otherwise, the 24-hour rest area must meet the requirements listed in point 3.2. The 24-hour rest area must be ready for opening no later than 01.07.2027 and the contract is valid for 10 years from the opening date. The client has the option to extend the agreement by 1+1 years, so that the total possible rental period is 12 year. - Documents:
