Description : The objective of this qualification system is to qualify consultants for participation in the pending competition for a framework agreement for consultancy services. Other competitions with related procurements can also be implemented.
The framework agreement shall i.a. apply to the following assignments:
(a) network analyses, including:
— load flow analyses
— assessment of security of supply, including N-1 and interruption costs
— dynamic analyses
— technical and financial analyses of projects.
(b) assessments, including:
— assistance in the preparation of the power system report.
(c) application for concessions
(d) engineering design for network grids
— most types of network grids from and including 132 kW.
Only qualified tenderers will have the opportunity to submit tender for competitions included in this qualification system.
