Description:
The Ministry of Education and Research wants an evaluation that looks at the effects of Norwegian participation in the EU's framework programme for research and innovation from 2019 to 2025 and a socio-economic analysis of the potential dividend of Norwegian participation in the research and innovation cooperation in the next programme period, which starts in 2028. The assignment is threefold: 1. Prepare an evaluation that looks at the effects of Norwegian participation in Horizon 2020 from 2019 and Horizon Europe from 2021 to 2025. 2. Preparation of socio-economic analysis of the potential dividend of Norwegian participation in the next programme period (2028-2034). 3. Assess the effects of the financial support schemes Retur-EU and PES on Norwegian participation in the framework programme and the importance of such support schemes for future participation. The estimated value of the procurement is up to NOK 2.3 million excluding VAT. The final deadline for the assignment is 01.06.2026.
