Description:
Short description: The client wants an evaluation of the Electoral Directorate's support for municipalities and county municipalities in the implementation of the election. This support is mainly related to the use of the election administration system EVA, training, support and information. It is desirable to be elucidated whether the cooperation between the Electoral Directorate and municipalities and county municipalities has worked satisfactorily, and whether the Directorate of Election and tools for the election implementation in an appropriate manner. The contractor will also conduct a survey sent to municipalities and county municipalities after the election (the election implementation survey). The study aims to obtain statistics on the election implementation in municipalities and county municipalities. The upper economic limit for the acquisition is NOK 1,500,000 items. VAT. The contractor will submit the two reports of the assignment by 15 December 2023.
