Description:
Short Description: Employment on entry conditions, often referred to as entry position, is a temporary additives, where the employee should have a specific and predictable opportunity to get an appointment in a permanent position, given that he or she has achieved one in advance Defined competence and results. In Norway, the entry position was notified as a trial scheme with a quota of up to 300 additional conditions in Meld. St. 18 (2012-2013) Long lines-knowledge provides opportunities. In strategy for research recruitment and career development, it was announced that the entry position should be evaluated. The Ministry of Education and Research wants a comprehensive evaluation of the use and effect of the entrance position. The assignment will result in a final report to be delivered by December 20, 2023. Economic framework for the procurement is up to NOK 500,000 excl.
