Tenders are invited to evaluate the grant scheme of health cooperation with Russia
Short description: The grant scheme of health preparation with Russia is a tool for strengthening the health preparation between academic environments in Norway and Russia and contributing to better public health. The scheme will contribute to this by supporting the health cooperation in the Barents region and the priority In Barents Health and Social Cooperation Program. The purpose of this assignment is to provide better knowledge base on the contribution of the grant scheme to realize the goals of Barents health and social cooperation and the importance of the committee to promote Norwegian-Russian bilateral cooperation relations and in the Barents region.Analysen's main focus must be in the previous Program Period (2016-2019). In addition, we want a brief discussion of how Covid-19 has affected the collaboration in some selected projects in 2020.
