Description : Sporveien AS will enter into parallel framework agreements with two to four suppliers (event agencies) to secure quick and stable access to services connected with internal and external events/arrangements of a large nature and complexity. Mini-contests between the suppliers will be held for all assignments. The services cover a wide range, from strategic consulting as well as concept development and production of digital broadcasts to more specific assignments such as delivery of food, beverages and operational assistance for implementation (rigging, technical assistance, serving). Suppliers are required to be able to offer digital deliveries and systems for digital participant management (before/during/after events) as well as the possibility of collection of relevant statistical/feedback messages for learning and evaluation of goal achievement.
