With this, the client invites to competition for entering into an agreement on the rehabilitation of the Gr0nlien Boligsenter. The work consists of demolition work in existing buildings, rebuilding of the 1st floor to housing for disadvantaged people with personnel area, The remaining area on the 1st floor will be prepared for future interior design projects to be used for office space for the municipality. Full -covered fire extinguishers shall be established on the 1st and 2nd floor as well as the necessary escape routes from the areas. The work also consists of something less Outdoor worker.
