Description:
Execution contract NS8405 - Relocation of high voltage line - Sandmoen
632 and 651, at Sandmoen. The properties are used for bus depots. The bus depot is being planned for expansion with consideration of increased capacity at the depot for a growing bus portfolio. A preliminary project for the development has been completed. Moving the air span is a direct consequence of further development of the depot site. The site is to be developed with a new/rebuilt administration building and a new service and laundry hall. In addition, it must two-level parking for passenger cars is built towards 0stre Rosten road, 2-level parking for buses is built at Sandmoen 2, and arrangements are made for one-level bus parking at Sandmoen 1. All bus parking must have roof structures. Construction of the new depot is planned to start in Q1 2026, but depends on political decisions. Political decisions are expected in the autumn of 2025. The procurement is carried out as an open tender, regulated by contract according to NS 8405, with the changes and additions that appear in the provisions in chapter B in Part II of this tender basis.
