- Short Description: The competition applies to the establishment of a framework agreement on the purchase of Expat services related to the recruitment of international researchers to strengthen the university's professional environments. The assignment will mainly take place in Trondheim, but the campus in Ålesund and Gjøvik has the right to use the agreement if needed. The latter two will make up a very small part of the total in that case.
