- Description:
- The aim of the procurement is to expand the capacity for the existing school building in Øystese centre for a total of 280 pupils and 40 additions. The existing building that shall be subject to rejection shall be an integrated part of the project, both functionally and aesthetically, and included in the remarks of gross/net factor. New, complete technical installations shall be part of the tender. Øystese skule is a 2-parallel 1-7 school and the goal is to build a future right and good school that will also be a gathering point in Øystese centre, in line with debting legislation and requirements for universal design. The total net area for the project is approx. 3,000 m² and the attached budget framework for the turnkey contract is approx.
