Description:
Extension and upgrade of Øystese school The purpose of the acquisition is to expand the capacity of the existing school building in the center of Øystese for a total of 280 pupils and 40 employees. The existing building to be taken care of must be an integrated part of it the project, both functionally and aesthetically, and included in the calculation of the gross/net factor. New, complete technical facilities must be part of the offer. Øystese school is a 2-parallel 1-7 school and the goal is to build a future-oriented and good school that will also be a meeting point in the center of Øystese, in line with current legislation and requirements for universal design. Total net area for the project is approx. 3,000 m² and the agreed budget framework for the overall contract is approximately NOK 100 million ex. VAT The intention of the competition is to enter into a contract for the purchase of structural upgrades of older school buildings and the construction of modular buildings as replacements for existing buildings to be demolished.
