Tender is invited to external mapping of organizational and management challenges in the rail sector
Short Description: The government has initiated a review of the railway sector organization and company structure. The external survey, which this assignment applies, is one of three partly parallel races in the overall review. The overall goals of the review are to identify and implement measures related to the management and organization of the railway that contributes to: • The railway takes a larger proportion of passenger and freight traffic where the railway has advantages, and that the government's ambition for an offensive railway policy is realized. The goals for the National Transport Plan 2022-2033 NÅS.S. Ministry of Transport, proposes a step -by -step work process. The survey should have an explorative/exploratory approach and be able to form the basis for ev. measures in the next step.
