External project management - strategic plan 2027-2030 with a look towards 2050.
Project management will ensure progress, coordination and broad involvement of members and stakeholders, and contribute to A strategy plan that is well -rooted and future -oriented. The project has the following goal prepared a vision for the water industry towards 2050 and a 12-year long-term plan that can be operationalized in a 4-year strategic plan for Norsk Vann 2027-2030. This should reflect the situation and challenge picture for Members and water industry in general - both in a four -year and long -term perspective. The plans shall: • Take care of the interests and needs of Norwegian water members and the industry. • Reflect the challenge picture in both a 12-year and 25 year perspective. • Support the organization's main deliveries and member service. • Provide clear guidelines for annual action plans and interest policy work. The result should lead to: • A strengthened strategic basis for meeting future challenges. • Better anchoring the strategy of members and stakeholders.
