Tender is invited to f0lgevaluation assignment of portfolio control in the Norwegian Research Rad.
Short description: The Research Council, by area for analysis and portfolio management, the department for strategy and evaluation, invites competition to follow the introduction of portfolio management in the Norwegian Research Council. The purposes of the procurement are to give the Research Council Reply to how portfolio management contributes to the Research Council's goal achievement, at the overall level, in the implementation of portfolio management and in daily operations. Furthermore, it is a goal that the follow-up agreement will give the Research Council a basis for further development of portfolio management by analyzing work processes and organization and making suggestions for improvements.
