Description:
Facade and window washing with drones The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement that covers Oslobygg KF's needs for external window cleaning, facade maintenance and related services on properties in the portfolios Center and West as well as North and East. The service must ensure a high level of maintenance, good aesthetic expression, hygienic standards and contribute to the longevity of facades and window surfaces. The work must be carried out with the right quality, safety and efficiency, and methods and equipment must be adapted to the building's construction and materials. The supplier must minimize the risk of damage and deal with challenges such as hard-to-reach areas, secured/armored glass and the need for special equipment such as lifts or drones. The framework agreement must be flexible in the event of changes in the property portfolio and secure efficient ordering and execution. The supplier must have the necessary expertise, capacity and quality systems, and meet relevant HSE and environmental requirements. For more information, see Appendix 1 - Performance description.
