Description:
Short Description: Oslo University Hospital HF has an annual energy consumption of around 300 GWh and an adopted goal to reduce it by 20 % (60 GWh) by 2030. This will be partially achieved with the entering and implementation of an EPC -contract. At the time being, NOK 30 million has been allocated annually up to 2030 earmarked energy efficiency measures (beerp). In this connection, Oslo University Hospital needs an EPC facilitator to assist through all project phases: Phase 0 - Mapping and assistance in the Procurement Process Phase 1 - Analysis phase phase 2 - Implementation phase 3- Savings guarantee phase The project is ongoing as a result of annual grants, which will eventually result in several parallel phases.EPC facilitator will serve as the client's support and professional resource in all phases, both of an operational and strategic nature.
