Feasibility study Hardangerfjord route In the budget resolution in Vestland County Council in December 2024, a goal was adopted in connection with the Hardanger Tourist Route that routes that are purely tourist routes are developed and operated commercially. Skyss has followed up on the decision, and after dialogue with municipalities, business and other stakeholders, the Hardangerrådet IKS has prepared a feasibility study for a seasonal boat route on the Hardangerfjord for commercial operators who are considering applying for a route license to obtain a license from 2027.
