Description:
Feasibility study - Public buildings at Voss The competition concerns the delivery of a feasibility study for public housing in Voss. The value of the acquisition is: NOK 1,000,000. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancellation of the competition in the event of changed budgetary and political guidelines. ENVIRONMENT: By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. § 7-9, fifth paragraph of the regulation. The reason for this is that the acquisition applies to the purchase of consulting assistance/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØs environmental supervisor. APPRENTICE: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the procurement is below the threshold values stated in § 5 of the Apprenticeship Regulations.
