- Short Description: Client, Kvinesdal municipality, has decided to perform various rehabilitation of the Feda care center. Primarily, the building will be upgraded to satisfy today's fire requirements with extra plaster on walls and in ceilings. The building will be sprinkled, a new ventilation system and heating systems with geothermal waterborne heat will be inserted. Lifting platform must be established. Bathrooms are upgraded and some doors and windows must be replaced. In addition, there will be some rebuilding of interior walls, mainly the light walls. The project will be completed: By 2024. The care center will be in full operation throughout the project's construction work, and the contractor must consider this especially when preparing offers. Both in terms of execution and considering a reasonable progress plan. The project will be carried out as a total contract.
